- 200 grams Beets
- 200 grams potatoes
- 1 bunch Soup vegetables (such as carrot, parsnip, leek or other aromatic vegetables such as celery or onion)
- 1 onion
- 300 grams Beef
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- allspice
- Iodized salt
- peppers
- 600 milliliters Broth
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation steps

Rinse, peel and chop beetroots and potatoes. Rinse salad vegetables and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop onion. Rinse beef, pat dry and chop.

Heat oil in a large pot. Sauté onion until translucent. Add meat, soup vegetables, tomato paste, 3 allspices and saute for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Deglaze pot with broth and simmer for about 50 minutes. Season with vinegar and honey to taste. Serve.
