- 500 grams Beef fillet
- 50 milliliters sunflower oil
- ½ tsp sweet ground paprika
- ½ tsp ground dried rosemary
- 1 handful thyme
- 3 yellow Bell pepper
- 2 Zucchini

Preparation steps

Trim the beef and cut into equal-sized cubes. Mix sunflower oil with the paprika and ground rosemary. Mix with the beef cubes. Rinse the thyme, shake dry and set aside a few sprigs for garnish. Strip the leaves of the remaining thyme from the branches and mix into the meat. Marinate about 1 hour.

Rinse bell peppers, trim and chop. Rinse summer squash, remove the ends and cut into slices. Remove the meat from the marinade, drain and alternately thread on wooden skewers with the vegetables.

Preheat a dry grill pan and fry the skewers on all sides for 8-10 minutes. Serve garnished with thyme.
