2 green Bell pepper
2 Red onions
400 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 tsp thyme (dried)
3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse beef, pat dry and cut into cubes.

2.

Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces.

3.

Peel, quarter and separate onions into pieces.

4.

Wash tomatoes and pat dry.

5.

Thread ingredients alternately onto skewers. Sprinkle with thyme and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and grill, turning repeatedly, 6-8 minutes.
