- 500 grams Beef
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 sprigs Tarragon
- salt (and pepper)
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 onion
Preparation steps
1.
Cut beef into cubes. For marinade, stir together rosemary, tarragon and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Marinate meat for one hour.
2.
Peel onion and cut vegetables into pieces. Thread all the ingredients alternately on skewers.
