400 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 sprig rosemary
2 leaves Laurel leaf

Preparation steps

Place the beans in a bowl, cover with cold water and soak overnight. Rinse the tomatoes and drain. Drain soaked beans and transfer to a pot with the rosemary sprig and bay leaves. Cover with salted water and cook until soft over medium heat, about 1-1 1/2 hours.

Peel the garlic and finely chop together with the rosemary. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic with 1 tablespoon rosemary and the cooked beans for 5 minutes. Then add the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve in bowls.
