3 Tbsps Sherry vinegar
6 Tbsps olive oil

½ bunch Arugula
120 grams cream cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Put beans in boiling salted water and cook (from frozen) for about 8 minutes and let drain in a colander. Mix vinegar with oil and salt to taste. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press into the marinade. Mix beans with the marinade and soak for 1 hour, covered.

To serve, place beans on plates, sprinkle with arugula and serve with the cream cheese.
