- 4 Salmon steak (about 200 g a piece)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Preparation steps

Season the salmon cutlets with salt, pepper and lemon juice and sprinkle with olive oil, then leave to stand for about 20 minutes.

Grill the salmon cutlets on a hot barbecue or grill for about 3 - 4 minutes each side.
