2 tsps Sea salt
Rosemary blossom (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Using a sharp knife, divide the salmon fillet into 4 equal portions.

Arrange on a presentation bowl and sprinkle the sea salt on top. Garnish with sprigs of the rosemary flower.
