- 3 cups shrimp (black veins removed)
- 2 Limes (cut into wedges)
- 4 Basil (shredded)

Preparation steps
1.
Put the pesto ingredients into a food processor and pulse thoroughly blended. Season with salt and set aside.
2.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the shrimps until pink and cooked through.
3.
Drizzle the pesto over the shrimps, scatter with the shredded basil and serve with the lime alongside.
