- For the stewed apple
- 8 ozs cooking Apple (peeled)
- ⅛ cup caster sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- To garnish
- Apple
- Banana
- cocoa powder
- For the banana and chocolate fromage frais
- 2 Banana (peeled)
- 4 Tbsps chocolate fromage frais

Preparation steps

Put the apples into a heatproof bowl withe the sugar, lemon juice and 2Tbs water.

Cover with clear wrap, pierce a few times and cook on High for 4 minutes until soft. Leave to stand for 2 minutes.

Use a stick blender, to blend the apples to a smooth puree. Garnish with apple slices

For the banana and chocolate fromage frais:

Slice the banana, directly into a bowl and mash well with a fork until smooth. Stir in the chocolate fromage frais.

Garnish with sliced bananas and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
