200 grams thin soup noodles

8 Beefsteak tomato
125 grams smoked turkey breasts (sliced)
1 garlic clove
200 grams cream cheese
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente then drain.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut off a lid and hollow out the insides. Drain, cut-side facing down, on paper towels. Chop the hollowed out pulp.

Dice the turkey, add to the noodles and mix in 1 tablespoon chives, the chopped tomato pulp and the minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the hollowed out tomatoes with the filling. Mix the remaining chives into the cream cheese then distribute between the tomatoes. Arrange the tomatoes in a greased baking dish and spread the remaining noodle filling around the tomatoes. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) (approximately 400°F) for about 12-15 minutes.
