200 grams button Mushroom
200 grams Feta
2 tsps soy sauce
½ bunch chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the peppers. Remove the seeds and white inner skins. Peel the onion and sauté in oil. Rinse mushrooms and cut in half. Add the nuts and sauté for 5 minutes.

Cut the cheese into cubes and combine with the parsley. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Fill everything into the pepper halves. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (approximately 375°F) for about 20 minutes.
