½ lemon (juice)
1 Tbsp honey
4 sprigs thyme
80 grams Roquefort cheese
50 grams Walnut

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the pears, halve, remove the cores and place on a lined baking sheet. Mix the lemon juice and honey. Brush the lemon-honey over the pears.

Pluck the thyme leaves. Finely chop half.

3.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

4.

Chop the walnuts and mix with the crumbled roquefort and chopped thyme. Fill the mixture into the pears. Season slightly with pepper and bake until golden brown (about 10 minutes).

5.

Serve with the remaining thyme sprigs.
