Baked Sea Bream with Vegetables
Rub bream inside and out with salt and pepper. Stuff with a sprig of rosemary and 2 crushed, unpeeled garlic cloves, place into baking dish oiled with 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Rinse cherry tomatoes and potatoes and arrange, together with olives, around fish. Rinse fennel and cut into quarters, arrange around fish as well. Add wine, season with salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
