Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse pike inside and outside thoroughly under running water and pat dry. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces. Peel onions and cut into wedges. Cut lemon in half, squeeze juice from one half and cut the other half into quarters. Rinse and halve peppers (of leave whole, if desired).
