150 grams Marzipan
50 grams Hazelnuts (ground)
4 centiliters Apricot brandy
1 egg white
1 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsps lingonberry (jarred)

Preparation steps

1.

Grease a baking dish with butter.

Rinse the apples, core and place in the baking dish.

3.

Mix the marzipan with the ground hazelnuts and apricot brandy. Whip the egg white until stiff then fold in. Stuff the apples with the marzipan mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Spoon one tablespoon cranberries over each apple and serve.
