- 80 grams cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 small Baguette (250 grams)
- 1 black Truffle (10-15 grams)

With a fork, mash goat cheese with cream cheese and cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Spread cheese on a sliced baguette. With a truffle slicer or vegetable peeler, shave truffle over baguette slices.
