Preparation steps
1.
Halve melon, remove seeds, cut into slices, peel and cut into bite-size pieces. Slice bacon and wrap 3/4 of melon pieces with bacon.
2.
To serve, arrange unwrapped melon pieces in the middle of a plate and distribute wrapped melon pieces around outside edges. Garnish with mint.
