- 300 grams Basmati rice (cooked)
- 2 Avocados (ripe)
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 Tomatoes
- ½ yellow Bell pepper
- 1 red Daikon radish (small)
- 1 handful Fresh herbs (such as basil, thyme,etc.)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- Ground red pepper
- 1 lemon (for juice)
- olive oil (cold pressed)
- Natural yogurt
Preparation steps

Peel avodados, halve, pit and cut into small cubes. Peel radish and cut into small cubes. Rinse tomatoes, halve, remove seeds and stem and cut into small cubes. Rinse peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into small cubes. Mix rice with radish, tomatoes and peppers.

Combine 150 grams (approximately 5 ounces) of yogurt with 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Peel and press garlic through garlic press. Add garlic to yogurt, combine with rice. Mix avocado cubes with coarsely chopped herbs. Combine avocado and rice salad, sprinkle with red pepper and serve immediately.
