- 1 Chard leaf
- 200 grams yellow Cherry tomatoes
- ½ pomegranate
- ¼ Cucumber
- 5 shallots
- 4 Tbsps Sherry vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 25 milliliters grapeseed oil
- 25 milliliters Walnut oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Avocado
- 250 grams cooked Rice

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the Swiss chard, remove the ribs and cut the leaves into strips. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Rinse the cucumber and cut into thin slices.

Peel and finely chop the shallots. Whisk together the shallots, Sherry vinegar, mustard, grapeseed and walnut oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into slices. Toss the salad ingredients together, drizzle with the dressing and serve.
