3 ripe Avocados (pitted, flesh scraped out)
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
1 shallot (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Chives (finely chopped)
Lime juice
Chili flakes
12 slices round Pumpernickel
Chives (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Squash the avocado flesh with fork and mix together with the creme fraiche, shallot and chives. Season with salt, ground black pepper and chilli flakes.
2.
Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each slice of bread and serve garnished with the chive stalks.
