2 ⅔ cups shrimp (ready to eat, finely chopped)
2 Tbsps Pistachio (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 red chili pepper (finely diced)
3 sprigs cilantro (finely chopped)
1 egg
0.333 cup flour
1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
3 Tbsps Wheat germ oil

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the shrimps, pistachios, garlic, chilli, coriander, egg, flour and bread crumbs. Add more bread crumbs if the mixture is too damp.
2.
Shape tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls. Squash them slightly flat and fry in a pan of hot oil on all sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan and serve in a bamboo steamer garnished with coriander leaves.
