1 garlic clove
1 tsp thyme
2 Tbsps butter
250 milliliters white wine
650 milliliters Broth
juice of lemons

½ l Whipped cream
50 grams butter (cold)

Preparation steps

1.

Sauté artichokes, shallot, thyme and pressed garlic in hot butter. Pour in wine and broth and puree in a blender. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix in the cream, boil down smooth, then thicken with butter flakes.
