vegetable oil (for frying)
coarse Sea salt

Preparation steps

Peel and thinly slice the Jerusalem artichokes. Heat plenty of oil in a wide pot or deep fryer until 170°C (approximately 350°F). Fry the artichoke slices for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Season with sea salt and serve.
