- 1 kilogram Jerusalem artichoke
- 30 milliliters olive oil
- 4 rosemary
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel Jerusalem artichokes and cut into slices. Combine in a bowl with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet, side by side.

Rinse rosemary, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop. Sprinkle chips with rosemary and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned, turning over halfway through baking. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
