2 centiliters Orange liqueur

Preparation steps

1.

Scald the apricots in boiling water, peel, halve, pit and dice finely. Mix with the honey, liqueur and lime juice and chill for about 15 minutes, covered, in the refrigerator.

Distribute the apricots between serving bowls. Serve garnished with pistachios and rosemary.
