400 grams Greek yogurt
4 Tbsps honey
300 grams ripened Apricot
3 Tbsps Walnut
50 milliliters Apricot juice
2 Tbsps Walnut brittle

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the yogurt with a little honey (2 tablespoons) until smooth. Rinse the apricots, pat dry, cut in half, remove the seeds and dice finely. Sauté until soft in a small saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water. Allow to cool and then purée with the apricot juice and walnuts.

Layer the yogurt alternately with the apricot purée into glasses. Top with the yogurt and a tablespoon of honey and serve showered with a little walnut brittle.

Suggestion: Part of the juice can be replaced with apricot liqueur!
