- Ingredients
- 500 grams Blueberries
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 100 milliliters Apple juice
- 500 grams Natural yogurt
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the blueberries. Bring the blueberries to a boil with the lemon juice, honey, and apple juice. Reduce the heat, simmer briefly, and crush the mixture with a potato masher. Remove from the heat and let cool (if you'd like a smooth puree, you can pass through a fine strainer).
2.
Place the yogurt into glasses, top with the berry puree, and serve.
