3 Tbsps honey (to taste)
½ lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch apricots in hot water, rinse in cold water and peel, halve and pit, cut into cubes.  

2.

Whisk yogurt with quark, cream, honey and lemon juice until creamy, add apricots and place into bowls. Serve.
