- 1 ¼ cups butter Cookie
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup cocoa powder
- ⅔ cup softened butter
- ½ cup dried Figs (chopped)
- powdered sugar (for rolling)
Preparation steps
1.
Put the biscuits in a freezer bag and break into small pieces with a rolling pin.

Put the sugar in a bowl with the cocoa and butter and beat vigorously to form a fairly firm mixture. Knead in the biscuits and figs and transfer to a sheet of aluminium foil. Shape into a sausage, roll up the foil and roll again to shape properly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
3.
Unwrap and roll in icing sugar. Cut into slices to serve.
