Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse and dry apples, cut off lids and scoop out pulp. Arrange apples in a buttered baking pan. Peel and dice potatoes. Rinse spinach and sage, shake dry and chop coarsely.
