- 2 sheets Phyllo dough (refrigerated)
- vegetable oil (for cooking)
- 150 grams Boiled ham
- 1 shallot
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- white peppers
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- salt
- 1 generous pinch sugar
- 1 sweet and tart Organic apple
- parsley (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut out 6 circles about 15 cm in diameter (approximately 6 inch) from filo dough. Heat oil in a pan. Stack dough circles individually in a tartlet form and cook until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Cool.

Cut ham into about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Peel shallot and chop finely. Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt and lemon juice and season with pepper, nutmeg, salt and sugar. Rinse apples, quarter and core, cut into about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Combine apples, shallot and ham, toss with mayonnaise dressing. Place into cooled tartlet forms and garnish with parsley leaves. Serve.
