- 4 Apple
- 4 centiliters Calvados
- 80 grams sugar
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 200 milliliters Apple juice
- 7 Cinnamon stick
- 200 grams softened cream cheese
- 2 egg whites

Preparation steps

Rinse, peel, core and dice the apples. Combine the diced apples with the Calvados, sugar, lemon juice, apple juice and cinnamon stick in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the apples have softened. Remove from heat, allow to cool, remove the cinnamon stick and mash the apples with a potato masher or large fork. Stir the cream cheese into the apples. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the apple cream. Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Remove from the popsicle mold and serve.
