1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Box grater, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Brush, 1 kleine Ladle, 1 Oven rack, 2 große Non-stick pans, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Waffle iron

Preparation steps

Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin strips.

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a grill pan, set over medium heat. Add the pressed garlic and sliced zucchini and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, turning once. Drain zucchini on absorbent paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Thread the zucchini and sliced mozzarella onto wooden skewers and arrange on serving plates.
4.
In a small bowl, whisk the remaining olive oil and lemon juice together and drizzle over skewers. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
