- 1 Red onion (sliced)
- 2 ⅔ cups cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 2 Avocados (quartered)
- 1 red chili pepper (deseeded and chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- salt

- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 3 ⅓ cups shrimp (peeled and cooked)
- 4 Tbsps fresh cilantro

Preparation steps
1.
Put the onion into a bowl with the tomatoes.
2.
Add the sliced avocado, chilli and garlic. Season everything with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3.
Pour in the olive oil, lime juice and wine vinegar. Stir in shrimps and cilantro and serve.
