- 6 wooden Skewer (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- 24 uncooked, large shrimp peeled or unpeeled; deveined (thawed if frozen)
- ⅓ cup fresh Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps Lime zest (finely grated)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsps cilantro (chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- peppers (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Thread 4 shrimp on each of 6 wooden skewers; place on rimmed baking sheet.

Whisk lime juice, lime zest, and garlic in medium bowl; slowly whisk in oil. Add cilantro, and season marinade with salt and pepper. Pour marinade over skewers, dividing equally.
3.
Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Grill shrimp until pink on outside and opaque in center, basting with marinade, about 4 minutes per side. Remove kebabs from grill. Serve.
