- 1 ¾ cups fresh Raspberries (washed; picked over and divided)
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice (divided)
- 1 ½ cups plain Yogurt
- ¾ cup Cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps
1.
Place half of the raspberries, confectioners' sugar, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a blender and puree. Strain through a fine sieve and place in a resealable plastic storage bag. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, cottage cheese, remaining lemon juice, and honey.

Divide yogurt mixture between serving bowls. Chill untill ready to serve.

Prior to serving, remove raspberry sauce and yogurt from refrigerator. Cut a small hole in the corner of the plastic bag. Drizzle a raspberry heart on top of the yogurt. Use a wooden toothpick to embellish the heart. Garnish with remaining raspberries. Serve.
