- ¼ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ⅔ cup flour
- ¾ cup chopped Hazelnuts
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 cup Chocolate chip (at least 60% cocoa solids)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (with fan). Line a baking tray with baking parchment.

Cream the butter with the sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix well. Mix the flour, hazelnuts and baking powder and quickly stir into the mixture. Finally fold in the chocolate chips. Place tablespoonfuls of the mixture on the prepared baking tray, flatten slightly and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the tray and leave to cool.
