50 milliliters sweet Dessert wine
150 grams Whipped cream
4 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse figs and dates and pat dry.

Place sugar and 1 teaspoon water in a small pan and caramelize until golden over medium heat. Remove from the heat and stir in the orange zest, orange juice and dessert wine. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Place the figs and dates in a baking dish, drizzle with syrup and cover with foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 25 minutes.

Whip the cream.

To serve, spread some strawberry puree on a plate. Slice the figs and place on the plate with the figs. Dollop with whipped cream and ice cream. Garnish with strawberries and mint.
