- 100 grams cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps Horseradish cream
- 4 Lettuce (such as, lettuce, oak leaf, Roma salad)
- ½ Cucumber
- 4 Tomatoes
- salt
- peppers (white)
- 1 bunch Cress
- 8 slices Turkey ham
- 80 grams soybean sprout
- 8 slices Whole Wheat Bread (round, each approx 8 cm diameter)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the cream cheese with the horseradish and spread it on the bread slices.
Rinse the lettuce leaves, shake dry and place on 4 of the slices. Rinse the cucumber, cut into slices and place 2-3 slices on each. Add the tomatoes slices, shower with cress and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Next, lay 2 turkey ham slices on top, along with the bean sprouts and the rest of the cress. Place the cream cheese bread slices down as a lid, gently pressing together and serve immediately.
