2 Tbsps parsley (chopped)
4 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps

1.

Bring the white wine, vinegar, and chopped parsley to a boil in a pot. reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix in the honey, remove from the heat, and let infuse briefly.

Pass the mixture through a fine strainer into a hot, sterilized bottle. Add the parsley stems and seal immediately.
