300 grams Peanuts (unsalted)
3 Tbsps coarse Sea salt
2 egg whites
5 tsps Wasabi powder
2 Tbsps cornstarch
2 Tbsps Wasabi paste

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 150°C (approximately 300°F).

Place peanuts into a bowl with the sea salt. Rub salt over the peanuts. Pour into a sieve and sift out extra salt.

3.

Beat egg whites and Wasabi powder together. Stir in Wasabi paste. Fold in peanuts. Place coated peanuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until dry about 40 to 50 minutes.
