- 5 ½ cups Sweet potato (peeled and thickly sliced)

- 10 Sage
- 3 slices ham (cut into strips.)
- 1.333 cups Goat cheese (crumbled)
- For the dressing
- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsps clear honey
- 1 Tbsp Wholegrain Mustard

1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Hand mixer mit Knethaken, 1 Mini food processor
Preparation steps

Put the sweet potatoes and a pinch of salt into a pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Drain well and toss in olive oil until coated, then season with salt and pepper. Add the sage leaves.

Heat the grill.

Put the sweet potato slices and sage leaves in the grill pan and cook the potatoes for a few minutes on each side, turning once, until tender. Remove and set aside.

Grill the ham strips until crisp.

Toss the sweet potatoes, sage, ham and cheese together and place on a serving plate.
6.
Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, honey and mustard and season well. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
