- 3 Fruit tea bag
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Peach
- 7 ozs Peach Juice
- honey (to taste)

Preparation steps

Wipe the lemongrass and remove the hard outer layer. Gently crush the white parts of the lemongrass with the back of a knife. Add the lemongrass, tea bags, and the cinnamon stick to a pot. Cover with 20 ounces of boiling water. Rinse and trim the peaches. Cut into slices and dice finely, and then add to the tea.

Let the mixture steep for 10 minutes, then pass through a fine strainer. Mix the tea with the peach juice and sweeten to taste with honey. Transfer to pitcher, add the fruit pieces, and serve.
