- 150 grams button Mushroom
- 50 grams peeled Walnut
- salt

- Walnut oil
- balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

Clean, rinse, and spin dry the lettuce. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Chop the walnuts.
2.
Mix the lettuce, mushrooms, and walnuts. Mix 3 tablespoons of walnut oil and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Stir into a sauce. Arrange on plates and serve drizzled with the sauce.
