- 4 red Apple (washed, quartered, cored and diced)
- 14 ozs Celeriac (peeled and cut into 1 cm dice)
- salt
- 9 ozs green Grape (washed, halved and deseeded)
- ⅔ cup Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 pinch stock granule
- 2 Tbsps snipped Chives
- 1 cup shelled Walnut

1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife
Preparation steps
1.
Simmer the celeriac in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain, refresh in cold water and drain well.
2.
Put the apples, celeriac and grapes into a bowl and mix with the yoghurt, lemon juice, pepper, sugar and stock granules. Mix in the walnuts and sprinkle with chives.
3.
Spoon into bowls and serve.
