- 4 bay leaves
- 1 l White vinegar
- 1 l white balsamic vinegar
- 2 clean Glass bottles (screw-top)

Preparation steps
1.
Crush the juniper berrier lightly in a mortar. Divide the juniper and the bay leaves into the bottles.
2.
Mix both of the vinegars.
3.
Fill the bottle with the vinegar mixture and seal tightly.
4.
Let infuse for a few days before using.
