- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 4 Baby corn cobs (jarred)
- 120 grams strong Brie
- ½ bunch Basil
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Basil

Preparation steps

Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seed and all white interior skins. Cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse the tomatoes and pat dry. Drain the corn and cut in half. Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Cut the Brie into cubes.

Thread the vegetables with the corn and basil leaves on skewers. Stick a cube of brie at the ends. Combine the vinegar with the oil, salt and pepper. Stir and season to taste with the basil. Brush onto the skewers. Arrange in glasses serve.
