Cook pasta in boiling salt water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain. Rinse celery and cut off the ends. Cut the celery into 1/2 cm pieces. Remove the outer leaves of the radicchio. Halve the radicchio through the stalk, and cut the halves into thin strips.

Slice the ham. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add ham and roast until crispy, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Remove the ham from the pan, and use the fat to fry the radicchio and celery. Place the vegetables and meat on a plate. Rinse the tomatoes and dice.
