- 400 grams Fennel (cleaned, cut into thin strips)
- 400 grams Pumpkin (seedless)
- 2 tsps Curry powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- Leaves and a branch from Lovage (finely chopped)
- 300 milliliters Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- Lovage (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Whisk honey with cream, lemon juice, ginger, ground cumin, chopped lovage and season with salt and pepper. Toss vegetables with honey mixture and arrange in a baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 40 minutes.

Garnish with lovage and serve.
